LILLI JACOBS (she, her, hers) is an actor, singer, dancer, and director/choreographer based in New York City. Lilli grew up studying classical ballet, where she learned and performed works by George Balanchine, Jerome Robbins, and Petipa. Shortly thereafter she discovered the passion she held for collaborative storytelling and theatre. Lilli has been seen performing in National Tours, Off-Broadway Tony award winning Regional Theatre's, Film, Television, National Commercials, and Voice Overs. Most recently, Lilli brought her solo cabaret, All About Love to The Green Room 42. 

 

Lilli holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from The Boston Conservatory at Berklee, with an emphasis in dance. Additionally, Lilli trained at The Public Theatre’s Shakespeare Training Program for young artists, Stella Adler Studio of Acting, The School at Steps on Broadway Pre-Professional summer dance intensives, and Ohad Naharin’s GaGa Movement Language intensive for dancers. As a director and choreographer, Lilli helmed The Wolves by Sarah DeLappe and Dance Nation by Clare Barron, and currently teaches private voice lessons, acting coaching, dance technique, and masterclasses around the U.S. Learn more on Lilli’s directing and teaching here.

 

Born & raised practicing Nichiren Buddhism, it is Lilli’s mission to create and collaborate on work that can meaningfully impact the hearts and minds of those who see it as a means of creating a more equitable, joyful, and just industry & world. She is a member of Actors Equity Association and SAG-AFTRA eligible.
